Delivery will be arranged by our courier (DHL – UPS – Fed-Ex and PostNL) on your behalf of Black Rabbit BV. Alternatively you may collect your order by prior arrangement.

We offer international delivery on the majority of our online and catalogue items, however exclusions include items containing wood and items of a perishable nature. There may also be specific exclusions relating to individual items or restrictions on certain items dependent on the country of export. Please note we cannot be held accountable for delays in Customs clearance. cannot be held liable for any import duties payable on orders made and recommends that all customers make themselves aware of such local charges before ordering.

Please note that for International Delivery, Saturday Delivery is unavailable. The date selected during checkout is the shipping date; the arrival date is subject to Customs processing.


Return of any items delivered internationally will be subject to Black Rabbit’s standard Terms and Conditions for online purchases. We do not offer free returns; therefore we recommend that you use a secure and recorded method to return your order back to us.


VAT is applicable on postage products supplied within the EU.

Shipping costs do not include any duties, taxes, or clearing charges levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will vary from country to country. We cannot predetermine what the charges will be. The charges may be billed directly to

the customer by the destination’s customs authority, or may be billed to the customer through Black Rabbit BV. We suggest that you call your local customs office if you would like more information on customs duties in your country.



Black Rabbit offers a return policy for unsuitable / unwanted purchase(s). Please follow the steps below. A returns form is added to each order.

1. You can return products by post within 14 days. Go to ‘My account’ on and click ‘request a return’. Create a return for your order.
2. You will be given a Returns number. Write this on the Returns form which was send with your order and add this to your package.
3. Mail: Bring your package to any post office and remember to get a proof of postage.
4. We will email you to let you know once we have received your package.

Please allow up to 21 days for your account to be credited.


  • Your items should have the barcode tags intact
  • The dispatch note that you receive from us must be included in the package that you return
  • Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Refunds will be processed in the currency paid.
  • We cannot offer refunds on items if the hygiene seal has been removed (if applicable)
  • We cannot offer refunds on items bought at resellers of Black Rabbit
  • We can only refund items that are still in their new, original, unworn state
  • We reserve the right to refuse Returns if we estimate that the product is clearly used and/or cannot be sold again
  • All items shipped by Black Rabbit are quality inspected before shipment
  • Costs for returning the products are not refunded
